Microbiologist, Food Safety Control Unit

Collected and analysed samples for microbiological assessment, conducting investigations into deviations and non-conformances and recommending corrective and preventive actions. Implemented and maintained quality-control procedures to ensure the consistency and reliability of test results, and stayed current with FDA, USDA, and ISO standards relevant to food microbiology and safety. Assisted in preparing documentation and reports for regulatory inspections and audits, analysed and interpreted microbiological and physicochemical results for clients, and pioneered a restructuring of the unit's data organisation. Served concurrently as Vice President of the NYSC Servicom Community Development Service (CDS) Group.
