Led end-to-end planning and execution of a public-health sanitation infrastructure project at FESTAC Girls' Senior Secondary School under the NYSC community development scheme, sponsored by the Hypo Revamping Project, Lagos. Objectives included enhancing hygiene standards and the aesthetic appeal of the girls' toilets, and promoting a positive atmosphere conducive to student well-being. Formed and led a project committee of students, teachers, and school administrators; planned renovation phases and procurement of materials and contractors; incorporated student feedback into the design and layout; and put in place monitoring, evaluation, and maintenance protocols for long-term sustainability.
